The Diamond Connection Circle is an exclusive mid-week retreat designed for women business owners to connect with each other to explore collaboration opportunities, affiliate deals and share insights and information about business growth.
Of course, there will also be luxury accommodation exclusive to the group, bubbles, delicious food, spa treatments and structured classes!
Hosted by Jules to mark her milestone 60th birthday, this intensive getaway is built for the woman who values deep connection, collective intelligence, and uncompromising luxury.

Monday
12:30 PM | Lunch: We meet at a local Daylesford cafe (Venue TBC) for an informal ‘meet and greet’ to fuel up and begin the connection process. There will also be time to snoop around local shops if you finish lunch early.
3:00 PM | Check-in: Settle into your suite and explore The Amalfi’s lounge spaces.
4-6:00 PM | Hepburn Springs Bath House Sanctuary: We head off for 90 mins of mineral springs baths, saunas and relaxing time whilst connecting. This will be split into groups of 6 with 15 mins in between registrations.
6:30 PM | Dinner at The Pub: We all go to The Daylesford Hotel for dinner and connection
Tuesday
- Morning | The Brain Trust Intensive facilitated mastermind sessions in the Amalfi lounge. Attendees can offer to host a 30 min session, or Jules nad Alicia will host them.
- All Day | Bypassing the Crowds: The On-Site Sanctuary we’re bringing the sanctuary to us. Throughout the day, our team of four elite therapists will be on-site at The Amalfi.
- You will be scheduled for a 50-minute private treatment from our curated menu (ranging from Deep Tissue to Botanical Facials). No transfers, no crowds, just deep integration and physical restoration.
- Private Time: you can utilise your private ensuite for a restorative soak, engage in 1-on-1 strategy walks through the Mineral Springs Reserve, or find a quiet corner of the estate for deep reflection.
- Evening | The Birthday Dinner: We’ll get some private catering for an evening with delicious food, and plenty of bubbles. this is time to get dressed up and have fun with the amazing women you have met at the retreat.
Wednesday
- Morning | The ‘Ask’ Breakfast and last minute catch ups: A final breakfast for everyone, while we go around the room to see what people need, and how we can help them. Have your ‘ask’ ready to share with the group.
- 11:00 | Departure: Return to your business with a powerful new network and a recharged spirit.
Time to recharge and regather myself, as my world had been crazy busy and I was just exhausted; and time to meet, network and work on my business. It was a perfect combination of downtime and work, and I came home feeling refreshed and excited to jump back into the daily grind – with new ideas and new connections to work with. And what a game changer that has been.
