Terms of Service

.These Membership Terms (Terms) govern the application for She’s The Boss Membership (Membership) and your continued Membership status. It is your responsibility to review these Terms prior to submitting your application for a Membership. By applying for Membership you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time, and will provide the most recent version on our website.

Throughout these Terms, the terms “She’s The Boss”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to She’s The Boss Group Pty Ltd and its associated entities, and “you” refers to the individual purchasing a Membership.


1.1. Our current Membership descriptions, entitlements and pricing will always be stated on our website located at https://shesthebossgroup.com/membership.

1.2. All applications for Membership must be made by filling out the form on our Website. This will create a membership account for you.

1.3. All information you provide during the application process must be accurate and complete, and it is your responsibility to keep your details up to date.

1.4. We will only process completed applications, and reserve the right to reject an application for any reason.

1.5. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of any password you create for accessing your account.

1.6. We will send you a confirmation email on receipt of payment of the applicable Membership Fee. Your Membership is deemed accepted on the day you receive the email.

1.7 Once your Membership is accepted by us, these Terms, the Terms of Service (available at https://shesthebossgroup.com.au/terms-of-service), and our Privacy Policy (available at https://shesthebossgroup.com.au/privacy-policy). (which will be amended from time to time) will govern your continued Membership of She’s The Boss and use of our Services.


2.1. The Membership Fee may be paid in various ways depending on the type of Membership purchased, including:

(a) An upfront annual payment via credit card on our Website (if you are purchasing an Annual Membership);

(b) An ongoing monthly direct debit, payable monthly in advance (if you are purchasing a Monthly Membership) or

(c) other payment terms as set out in any specific third-party partner offer promoted on the Website and purchased by eligible members.

2.2. If you wish to pay your Membership Fee over the telephone, an administration fee will be charged.

2.3. The Membership Fees are as advertised on our Website at the time of purchase, and She’s The Boss in its sole discretion reserves the right to change any Membership Fees on at least one month’s written notice to existing members. Any special offer or discount offered may be withdrawn or changed without notice.

2.4 Minimum commitment is 12 months from the initial joining date. Once paid, Membership Fees are non-refundable. If you purchase an Annual Membership, your fees are non-refundable if you wish to cancel your Annual Membership early. If you purchase a Monthly Membership, you will be liable to pay those fees due only up to the date of cancellation as set out in clause 3.2 below.

2.5  All prices include GST unless otherwise specified.


3.1. If you pay annually, your Annual Membership will be automatically renewed each year, on the anniversary of the date you joined She’s The Boss (Anniversary) unless you wish to terminate your Membership. If you wish to terminate your Annual Membership, you must give us notice at least 5 days prior to the Anniversary by sending She’s The Boss an email at bossybritches@shesthebossgroup.com.au with UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line. If we do not receive notification from you, your Annual Membership shall be auto-renewed and the applicable Membership Fee payable. You shall be charged for the entire year during which cancellation is requested and no refund for any months remaining will be provided.

3.2 If you pay month-by-month, your Monthly Membership will continue month-by-month until such time you wish to terminate by sending She’s The Boss an email at bossybritches@shesthebossgroup.com.au with UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line at least seven (7) days before your next billing cycle. Cancellation of a Monthly Membership will be effective immediately. You shall be charged for the entire billing cycle during which cancellation is requested and no refund for any part-month remaining will be provided.

3.3 For auto-renewals, the applicable Membership Fee for the forthcoming year/month will be charged to the same credit card you used on joining unless you specify otherwise.3.2. 3.4. She’s The Boss may offer a refund in special circumstances on a case-by-case basis. If you feel that you deserve a refund, you must contact us in writing outlining the circumstances to our Membership Experience Executive (bossybritches@shesthebossgroup.com.au). We will then review your correspondence and advise our decision in writing.


4.1 By signing up and being granted She’s The Boss Membership, you will have access to a range of content, special offers, a private She’s The Boss Member’s Lounge and other benefits (Member Content) available via the Website, Facebook, Mighty Networks and through direct communications between us and You, as set out in more detail in the Membership benefits specified on our Website. You will also be able to access general content on the Website which is subject to our Terms of Service available at https://shesthebossgroup.com.au/terms-of-service.

4.2 All Member Content is subject to copyright law, and the Terms of Service apply equally to Member Content as to any other Content accessed on or through the Website, Member’s Lounge or Facebook Group. Members should seek permission from She’s The Boss or the relevant copyright holder before sharing or distributing any Member Content accessed through the Website, Member’s Lounge, the Facebook Group or any other services we provide. In the event of failure to seek and be granted permission to share or distribute any Member Content, She’s The Boss has the right to terminate your Membership and take further action as may be appropriate to protect any and all intellectual property rights She’s the Boss has in the Member Content.

4.3 She’s The Boss reserves the right to change the features, content or services related to any Membership without notice to you in order to improve the quality of the Membership offered to you or for any other reason, at its sole discretion.

4.4 Membership is to be used by a sole individual and is non-transferable. Membership benefits, including logins, and access to content and services, are linked to a specific User and cannot be shared with other non-Users. She’s The Boss shall monitor the number of devices used to access a Membership, and breach of these Terms may result in She’s The Boss revoking your Membership. If Membership is revoked due to a breach of this clause, no refund shall be provided for any Membership Fees you may have already paid.


5.1. Personal Information provided by you during the Membership application process and throughout your Membership will be held and dealt with in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our Website.

5.2. Without limiting our Privacy Policy, you consent to:

  1. Your name and any other optional parts of your profile provided by you (including job title, company, personal bio and image if supplied) being made accessible to other Members on our Website, Member’s Lounge; and;
  2. Receiving commercial emails from our approved third-party providers and us.

You may change the level of information made available on our Website and opt out of emails by logging into your account settings and editing your preferences or by notifying us directly.


6.1. She’s The Boss does not take any responsibility or liability whatsoever for disputes between Members or third parties on our Website, Member’s Lounge, Facebook Group or otherwise connected with our provision of Membership services to you.

6.2. There are sections of our Website that are accessible to both registered Members and general website visitors (STB Site Visitors). These sections may include Member Directory listings and the ability to send direct messages to others. We will only make your Member profile data publicly available with prior written permission from you. When accessing those sections of our Website, you must not:

  1. harass, abuse or harm other Members or STB Site Visitors; send spam or other un-welcomed communication to other Members or STB Site Visitors;
  2. act in an unlawful, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable manner; or
  3. infringe the intellectual property rights of others, including She’s The Boss, Members, STB Site Visitors or third parties.

6.3. Your use of, and conduct on, our Website, Member’s Lounge, Facebook Group and Services will be otherwise subject to the Terms of Service available at https://shesthebossgroup.com.au/terms-of-service,  the Community Guidelines available at https://shesthebossgroup.com.au/community-guidelines and Facebook Terms of Use available at www.facebook.com/terms (including the Facebook community guidelines) (Facebook Terms of Use).

6.4 We may revoke your Membership for any reason, including for breach of these Terms, the Terms of Service, the Community Guidelines, Facebook Terms of Use or for bringing She’s The Boss into disrepute.

6.5. Should you attend a She’s The Boss event, you must abide by our Terms of Service stated here. You acknowledge that She’s The Boss films and photographs every event without limiting the Terms of Service. You consent to be filmed or photographed by She’s The Boss (or its representatives) and to She’s The Boss using your name, likeness, image and/or voice in such photographs or films to promote our events, services and products. No remuneration is payable for such use.
6.6. We may revoke your Membership for any reason, including for breach of these Terms or for bringing She’s The Boss into disrepute.


7.1 Services and marketing material may be offered to Members, including events, promotional offers and general advertising by our partners and advertisers. These Member Services may have additional terms that apply as set by the applicable third party, and She’s The Boss claims no responsibility or liability over the content, accuracy or availability of these Member Services. Should you have any issue with a Member Service, please contact the third party directly.

7.2 If you require a refund for one of She’s The Boss’s ticketed events, She’s The Boss will require a written request two weeks before the event’s start date. Cancellations after that date will result in a refund of the ticket cost minus costs allocated for your attendance.


8.1. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions and warranties relating to your Membership.

8.2. Where our liability cannot be excluded, such as in relation to Consumer Guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law or other prescribed terms under the legislation, our liability for breach is limited to the Membership Fees paid by you.


9.1. These Terms shall in respect be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales to determine any matter or dispute which arises under these Terms.

9.2. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, all or part of that provision will be severed from the Terms and will not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Terms.

9.3. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Any failure to assert any right under the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right.

9.4. These Terms, in conjunction with the Terms of Service available at https://shesthebossgroup.com.au/terms-of-service and the Privacy Policy available at https://shesthebossgroup.com.au/privacy-policy constitute the entire agreement between She’s The Boss and you in relation to Membership.
