THE BRAND BLUEPRINT
A practical, one-day workshop for women in business
How to think about your brand so you can make better decisions across everything you create.
Many business owners are creating content, updating websites and experimenting with AI, but without a clear brand framework to guide their decisions – their marketing, messaging and visual communication often lack the clarity and consistency needed to build recognition and trust.
If you find it difficult to clearly explain what makes your business different, who it is for, or why someone should choose you, you’re not alone.
In today’s world, there are more tools than ever to help you create content. AI can write, design and generate ideas in seconds. But while creating content has become easier, creating clarity has not.
Without a clear brand foundation, it’s easy to end up with marketing, messaging and content that feels disconnected, inconsistent or harder to sustain than it should be.
The Brand Blueprint is a one-day workshop designed to help you step back from the noise, define the thinking behind your business, and build a clear framework for communicating it with confidence.

Time to recharge and regather myself as my world had been crazy busy; and time to network, and work on my business. It was a perfect combination of downtime and work, and I came home feeling refreshed and excited to jump back into the daily grind – with new ideas and new connections to work with. And what a game changer that has been.
What is the day about?
The Brand Blueprint day is a hands-on, full-day intensive designed to help you define the core communication strategy behind your business, ensuring that everything you create from this point forward becomes clearer, more consistent, and much more effective.
This is not a Canva workshop. It is about learning how to think about your business as a brand, and how to make better decisions from this point forward.
Led by branding and visual communication designer Liana Lucca-Pope and She’s the Boss founder Jules Brooke, the workshop brings together two complementary perspectives: how your brand is structured, and how it is communicated to the world.
Because great content needs great brand thinking behind it.
Is this workshop for you?
This workshop is designed for women in business who have already built the foundations, but want greater clarity around what makes their business different, who it’s for, and how to communicate it consistently.
- Service-based business owners ready to stand out in a crowded market.
