1 night in a Deluxe King suite in a luxury hotel in Manila

First niight in luxury as we all gather together aand prpare for our amazing time on Borocay. Get to know the other participants.

6 nights accommodation in your own private king-sized ensuite executive bedroom in our 11 bed villa

A private villa with staff, pool and luxury bedrooms on Borocay Island, which everyone says is ‘magical’ . Horizon pool, 5 staff just for us and incrdible views!

Small, intimate group

Spend time away from your business to work ‘on’ it, rather than ‘in’ it

Intimate workshops where you’ll work on building your profile via LinkedIn, Awards, Podcasting, PR and more. Jules will also be on hand to work with you 1-1 (beside the pool?!) to help you acheive your personal business goals. 

Time for yourself

There will be 2 hour workshops for 5 of the days and the rest of the time is for working on your own stuff, fun and relaxation. It’s important to have the balance and remember this is a working holiday. Work as much, or as little, as you want. 

Delicious food

We can cater to your dietary needs. All breakfasts and lunches included, as well as most dinners. We will go out to experience a couple of the local restaurants during our stay.

Transfers

Relax right from your arrival into Manila, with return transfers to and from the airport. We will also organise transport to the airport from Borocay for the return trip.

FAQs

Will all food and drinks be covered?
All breakfasts and lunches will be catered for, plus at least 4 evening meals.  All soft drinks will be included.
What if I already have my LinkedIn/Podcast/PR covered? Can I work on other aspects of my business?
Yes, of course you can! Jules will be there to help you when needed – or you can use the time to work by yourself on your business if you prefer
Do I have to attend every workshop?
This is your time. Workshops will only be on weekdays, and in the mornings, however you can choose to have a lie-in or do something else on some of the mornings if you prefer. And Jules will be free in the afternoons if you want 1-1 help.
Can I bring my partner or child?
This retreat will be special if we are a group of only women. You are welcome to add a holiday with your partner or kids at the end, or the week before, but the week for the retreat will be just for us. It’s your time out!
What are the payment terms?

You will pay a non-refundable initial deposit of $1500 + GST, and the balance must be paid by 30th March, 2027

If you would like to pay in installments, get in touch with Jules (jules@shesthebossgroup.com) and she can discuss the number of installments and set up an automatic payment plan that suits you! Remember that all She’s The Boss full paying members will get a code to get $500 off the balance, making it only $4500 + GST.

Fees do not include flights

What happens after I pay? Will I get to meet the others before the event?
Once you have paid the deposit, or the full price, you can rest assured you are in! Jules will create a Whatsapp group and will add you and the other women as they sign up. You will also hear from Jules at some stage closer to the start of the retreat, to organise some group zooms in the lead up to the event.
