Your home for the week
A private 11-bedroom villa on Boracay Island, an hour’s flight from Manila, with a horizon pool, five staff just for us and views everyone calls magical.
What’s included
Everything for the week except your flights.
A night of luxury in Manila
Your first night is in a Deluxe King suite in a five-star Manila hotel, so we can all meet and you can get over the flight.
Six nights in a private villa
Your own king-size ensuite executive bedroom in our 11-bedroom villa on Boracay, with a horizon pool and five staff just for us.
A small, intimate group
Only eight women will join us, so you get real time with Jules and with each other, and make lifelong friends and supporters.
Work on your business, not in it
Intimate workshops on building your profile through LinkedIn, awards, podcasting, PR and more, plus one-on-one time with Jules (possibly beside the pool).
Time for yourself
Two-hour workshops on five mornings. The rest of the time is yours for your own work, fun and relaxation. Work as much or as little as you like.
Delicious food
All breakfasts and lunches and most dinners, catering for your dietary needs. We’ll also try a couple of the local restaurants.
Transfers
Return transfers between Manila airport and the hotel, and transport to the airport from Boracay for the trip home.
Island adventures
Paraw sailing, helmet diving and plenty of time to swim, sleep and enjoy the local delights.

Jules is a PR expert, a LinkedIn Top Voice and the founder of She’s The Boss. She has spent years teaching business owners how to get free publicity, and she’ll work with you in the group and one-on-one all week.
Hi, I’m Michelle!
I was born and raised in the Philippines. I moved to Australia in 2011, but I’ve never really left. I’m back home all the time and I have a place here too.
So I know the Philippines like the back of my hand. I know where to get the best food, which spots are worth it and which ones are tourist traps. I can also help you say salamat like a local.
I’m the founder of Outsourcing Crew, an ethical VA agency I started in 2019. We now have around 100 team members across the Philippines. I also run a scholarship foundation named after my parents that helps students through college.
I love good food, good company and a bit of mischief. I’m so excited to show you my Philippines.

Pay upfront

Pay in full now and you’re all set.
Pay a deposit
$1,500 + GST
Then pay the balance in one payment or in monthly instalments. It’s due by 30 March 2027.
Members save $500
Inner Circle members get a code for $500 off the balance.
That makes your retreat $4,499 + GST instead of $4,999.

Will all food and drinks be covered?
All breakfasts and lunches are catered for, plus at least four evening meals. All soft drinks are included.
What if I already have my LinkedIn, podcast or PR covered?
Then you can work on other parts of your business. Jules will be there to help when you need her, or you can use the time to work by yourself if you prefer.
Do I have to attend every workshop?
This is your time. Workshops are only on weekday mornings, and you can choose to have a lie-in or do something else on some mornings. Jules is free in the afternoons if you’d like one-on-one help.
Can I bring my partner or child?
This retreat is special because it’s just a group of women. You’re welcome to add a holiday with your partner or kids before or after it, but the retreat week is just for us. It’s your time out!
What are the payment terms?
You pay a non-refundable deposit of $1,500 + GST, and the balance is due by 30 March 2027.

Inner Circle members get a code for $500 off the balance, making the retreat $4,499 + GST. Fees don’t include flights.
What happens after I pay? Will I meet the others before the retreat?
Once you’ve paid the deposit or the full price, you’re in! Jules will create a WhatsApp group and add you and the other women as they sign up. Closer to the retreat, she’ll organise some group Zooms so you can get to know each other.
